Chef Alejandro Tenchipe-Paez found his culinary passion at a young age growing up in Veracruz, Mexico, a city noted for its indigenous cultural influences, and regional cuisine. His inspiration came from his grandmother’s love and respect for quality and tradition. Chef Alejandro credits his grandmother for his love of cooking.
Chef Alejandro has worked all over the United States and Mexico picking up invaluable knowledge along the way, including, some of Albuquerque’s finest establishments. Chef Alejandro brings superior knowledge and expertise to the fine dining community and will dazzle you with some of the finest foods that you will come to experience.
